Topic: Opening notebooks in JupyterHub

After the Cheyenne updates last week, I have been able to login the the JupyterHub this week with no problems. However, when I try to open an existing notebook or an existing figure I am unable to do so. Instead I get a "File Load Error" when I try to load the image and a "Close without saving error?" message when I try to open a notebook. Any thoughts on why this might be happening or possible solutions?

@Genevieve Elsworth,

I couldn't find a particular solution to this issue yet. In some cases, It's reported that the error went away on its own (which is very strange).

Are you noticing this error for all notebooks you tried opening, or a select few?

All resolved. Just an issue with full storage on /glade/u/home/. Thanks Anderson!

I'm running into this issue too- is there a way to check how much storage you have on the /glade/u/home? I just ran into this error for the first time today as well and im not sure why.
