Has anyone seen the following?
Dask needs bokeh >= 0.13.0 for the dashboard.
Install with conda: conda install bokeh>=0.13.0
Install with pip: pip install bokeh>=0.13.0
I have bokeh version 2.3.3.

the version mismatch for dask and dask-core are likely the culprits... To resolve this issue and avoid future version mismatches, I recommend enabling the conda/pip interoperability feature:
conda config --set pip_interop_enabled True
and then updating your environment:
conda update --all -c conda-forge
