I just accidentally deleted a notebook while deleting figures I no longer needed. Is there any way to get the notebook back? :grimacing:

If it isn't in your local trash, you should be able to retrieve it via %history. Here are some other options

Thank you. Do you have an example of what the path to our local trash is (on the supercomputer)? I wasn't aware local trash existed there.

No worries. I did just find this so will start a ticket: If you are unable to find files that you would like to restore in the snapshots of your home directory, contact the NCAR Research Computing help desk to request restoration of the files if they are in a backup. Thank you!

Following up as closure: It is possible to recover files that were in the home directory but not any other directories (such as the work directory). Happy weekend!
