I've been having a hard time accessing the hub as well but Chrome has been giving me a message of "Your connection is not private" instead (with or without a vpn connection)

Isla Simpson (Nov 13 2021 at 19:53):I have also been having issues accessing the hub on chrome with the issue of the connection not being private. It works fine on firefox, but I prefer to use chrome. I think my chrome is up-to-date. Has anyone found a solution?

Katie Dagon (May 16 2023 at 21:53):The casper htc queue seems pretty backed up right now (1779 jobs queued), which is probably why dask workers aren't spinning up. This was brought up on the casper slack channel this morning, so I believe @hpcd is aware of the issue.

Danielle Touma (May 22 2023 at 17:34):I found the issue: my cloned (personalized) conda environment has some older libraries causing the kernel to crash for some reason. Using the regular NPL environment worked.
