I am using my own kernel on JupyterHub, and today my kernel cannot find Matplotlib and other packages. Anyone else have the same problem?

Trude, is your kernel a conda environment or a Python virtual environment (e.g, an NPL kernel)?

It is a conda environemnt. Did not have any issue with it yesterday
