Occasionally when I initiate a jupyter session from https://jupyterhub.ucar.edu/, I land on a screen that doesn't have the expected window format (see below). Why does this happen? Do I just have to start over again when this happens? Jupyterhub_fail.png

when that happens to me, I change the word 'tree' in the url to 'lab'
