It appears that qsub
isn't available in $PATH
when using the jupyterhub. This results in a couple of issues including dask-jobqueue not being able to submit jobs on Cheyenne. I can confirm that I am not the only one affected by this issue (Cc @Mira Berdahl )
@Jared Baker, are you aware of this issue? Am I missing something?
