@Michael Levy, @Keith Lindsay, @Matt Long

I think the diagnostics dashboard is coming along nicely. I tried incorporating the feedback from our last meeting into the latest version. When you get a chance, please take a look at the live prototype running on binder and let me know what you think: https://binder.pangeo.io/v2/gh/andersy005/HiRes-CESM-dashboard/master?urlpath=panel/panel-image-dashboard

Here's a couple screenshots:

Would one of you guys be willing to show this to the Ocean Section in one of our upcoming meetings?

@Frank Bryan -- I think we're pretty close to having something worth presenting. Next week might be a little too soon (there are a couple features I'd like to get in to make the package a little more flexible), but I could definitely walk through what we have in two or three weeks.

Mike, thats fine. Let's tentatively plan for you to show something on 10/21. However, the case I have been trying to make (apparently unsuccessfully) is that we don't need to wait until we have a polished product to share with each other. I am sure there will be a lot of interest (and envy) with the current demo. More important from my view would be a description of your process to get to the design and your choices in the implementation.

If you'd prefer, I can present on the 7th then. The work in the pipeline is stuff like adding flexibility on where to find cases, rather than hard-coding my scratch space into the configuration... but we do have several different styles of plots to show and Anderson's dashboard is pretty cool

We can definitely present next week!
