Keith Lindsay (May 07 2020 at 18:15):It's not clear if the CC-BY-4.0 license statement is specific to the output on AWS. The closest I find to a formal license for LENS on NCAR pages, with a quick search, is the statement "Data from the project are publicly available to any scientist who is interested" from the website "http://www.cesm.ucar.edu/projects/community-projects/LENS/data-sets.html".
