Has anyone recently run into connectivity problems when using the GlobalProtect VPN software to access UCAR's private network? My client just hangs in this state:
I am trying to determine whether the issue may have to do with my computer before reaching out to "CISL HELP"
@Anderson Banihirwe -- I was able to connect just now. I had logged in yesterday, so it didn't prompt for password / Duo token (so if there's an issue on the Duo side I skipped over it)

Hmmm. I think my installation was corrupted.. I uninstalled it and re-installed it from a new download, and everything seems to be working.

@Anderson Banihirwe I have had the same issue several times. Restarting my computer does the trick, but I'm not sure why it just hangs. If it happens again, you may try a restart, as it might be simpler than uninstalling.
Thank you, Danica! I had already established "uninstall, reinstall" as my go to solution in the future ;).... Restarting the computer is definitely a better alternative.
