Hi,
Has anyone successfully install xesmf with MPI support on either Casper or Cheyenne?

I have installed xesmf but not with MPI. I found a relevant github issue that might help: https://github.com/JiaweiZhuang/xESMF/issues/55
Perhaps related to the background modules on casper/cheyenne?

Thanks, Katie! I have also been using xesmf without MPI. Frank and I found the same github issue, but we have not managed to get xesmf + mpi working on casper/cheyenne yet. I might open a help desk with CISL. Thanks!
