ESDS is a new initiative within CGD (thanks @Jean-Francois Lamarque!) and a collaboration across NCAR (we hope).
In discussion with @geocat and @xdev leadership, @Deepak Cherian and @Katie Dagon, we all decided to create this stream to coordinate conversation and outreach associated with this new initiative. We hope to begin ramping up activities in the coming weeks and months.
