The “Your First” Python Tutorial Series is over, but the tutorial seminar series continues.

March 10, 2021 - Numpy
An introduction to essential Numpy functionality.
March 24, 2021 - Matplotlib
Learn basic plotting and data visualization techniques using the Matplotlib package.
April 14, 2021 - Object Oriented Programming
An introduction to Pyton “objects” such as classes.
April 28, 2021 - Cartopy
Improve your data visualization by plotting geoscience data onto maps with the Cartopy package.
May 12, 2021 - Git and GitHub
Learn more advanced Git commands and how to solve common Git errors.
May 26, 2021 - GeoCat-Viz
Learn to use the specific plotting functionality developed by NCAR’s GeoCAT team (geocat-viz).
