Reporting Bugs

If you find a bug, you need to head to The ACS issue tracker and create a bug report. Include any relevant applications logs, panic dumps, data files, and detailed enough comments to allow for bug investigations. If you do not include enough information to warrant investigation, the issue will be closed. Feel free to append appropriate tags.

Once the bug report has been filed, feel free to email appropriate people at NCAR the issue number.

Do not email the bug and support files to NCAR staff. EMAILED BUG REPORTS WILL BE IGNORED

Feature Requests

Asking for a feature request is similar to filing a bug - describe the feature requested and append the “feature request” tag.
