Is there a command I can run along with vaporgui for it to run in parallel. Im not looking for it to run multi-nodal, just on my local machine.

Hi Marshall,
Many of the internal calculations of VAPOR use pthreads to work in parallel already. You don't need to do anything to make this happen; it automatically spawns multiple threads. You can move to a machine with more processors to speed up your analysis.
