Currently that is only possible if the two data sets are on the same grid, with the same times. Even if that is the case there are no tools to combine the two so it would take some manual effort to combine them.
So I have to create a new NCDF - data with the variables of my WRF - data and my old NCDF - data?
Is this possible?
If I understood your statement it is NOT possible that vapor gets TWO datasets, is it?
Michael
Michael, that's right, vapor currently cannot read two datasets into one scene. If they are both on the same grid, you may be able to insert the variables from your old netcdf data into your wrfout files, or you could go the other way. You should do some simple experiments to see if you find any obstacles.
