How to import the output files of WRF-Chem
Hi everyone! I have problem importing the output files of WRF-chem in Windows7 version of Vapor. When I import the files, this error is shown:"The file name, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect" . I really appreciate it if anyone can help.

Hi, So, i can fix this problem when i edit the name of output on linux. Try to change the name of output for one short name, like "wrfout.nc" best regards Ricardo Mollmann

Mahmud, Ricardo, the problem is usually that Windows does not permit file names with the underscore character "_" and WRF (and WRF-CHEM) inserts this character in all the wrfout file names.  You can rename them by replacing the underscore with another character and then Windows will import them, and vdcwizard can convert them too.
