Auxiliary geometry in the scene

VAPOR visualization windows can display various auxiliary geometry. The Model tab supports general display of polygonal data in the scene. In addition various useful geometry  can be controlled as follows:

1. The scene background color can be set in the User Preferences panel
2. The color of boxes in scene is specified in the User Preferences panel
3. Coordinate axes are set in the Visualizer features panel
4. The display of time stamps or time steps is set in the Visualizer features panel
5. Axis arrows are enabled or disabled in the Visualizer features panel
6. Color bars (color scale) is configured in the Visualizer features panel
7. The full Domain box color and enablement is specified in the User Preferences panel.
